- Plasma is obtained from your own blood by isolating high concentrations of platelets in a centrifuge during FUE transplantation. Concentrated growth and healing factors in plasma will enhance healing and aid hair growth. Studies have shown that this treatment reduces redness and crusting following hair transplantation and increases the growth rate of transplanted follicles.
- We recommend plasma therapy for all FUE hair transplant operations, but especially for patients who have had a previous transplant, those with fine hair on the transplanted or untouched parts of the scalp. We inject plasma into all possible areas of hair loss, transplanted and non-transplanted areas.
- Plasma helps in the healing process and stimulates the hair follicles, this is its advantage, but this does not mean that the overall result will be less or worse if you do not choose it, it is just an extra thing to speed up the recovery period and also to hair growth during the first 3 months after the surgery.
